How to Book Online

What can I do with the Online Diary?

  1. Book and pay for appointments
  2. View and manage appointments, including cancelling appointments – minimum of 24 hours notice
  3. View and manage your Contact Details
  4. Send a Message to the clinic

Registration

New and existing patients must register before they can use the Online Diary

  • New patients who have not visited the clinic before can register and book their first appointment in a few minutes.
  • Existing patients who are new to online bookings will need to register before they can use the Online Diary.
    • We attempt to match your registration details with your existing patient record, so please register using the same details as we hold on record.
    • If we can’t find a match automatically, please call our reception team, and we’ll activate your Online Diary access manually.
    • Once activated, you can use the Forgotten password link to generate a new password.

Logging In

  • Existing Patients who have already registered can simply login using their email address and password
  • If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the Forgotten password link.

Booking Appointments

Before you book, please be aware of our Cancellation Policy as 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.
A fee will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments, other than in exceptional circumstances.

To book an appointment:

  1. Start by selecting the Appointment Type using the guidance notes below:
    • Chiropractic Appointments
      • Select Chiropractic Treatment if you’ve been treated at Chirozone in the last 12 months.
      • Select Chiropractic Reassessment if your last chiropractic treatment at Chirozone was more than 12 months ago.
        You can check your treatment history in the Appointments section of the online diary.
      • Select Chiropractic Initial Consultation if you’re a new patient and have not yet received Chiropractic care at Chirozone.
        Your Initial Consultation includes an assessment and appropriate physical examination, a report of findings and a treatment plan.
        Where Chiropractic care is appropriate, your chiropractor will often start treatment at the end of your Initial Consultation at no extra cost. Please read what to expect at your First Visit for more information.
    • Massage / Reflexology Appointments
      • Select the appropriate treatment Type and Duration from the list 
- e.g. Massage-30-min
      • If you are visiting Tracey for the first time, please add “New Massage/Reflexology Patient” to the Appointment Notes.
  2. Select your Practitioner
  3. Select a Date and Time
  4. Confirm your Selections

Payment and Cancellations

  • You can securely pay for confirmed appointments using the Online Diary.
  • If you cancel an appointment which was booked online, we raise a Credit Note which can be used to pay for your next appointment. (to the same value).
  • If you prefer a refund, simply contact the reception team, who will gladly help.

Treatment Costs

  • Costs shown in the Online Diary are the standard price for the selected treatment.
  • Patients who pay a concessionary price – e.g. Child/Student –  will have the appropriate concession applied when they pay at reception.
